We are looking for a baker who will be involved in all functions of our bakery, including mixing, table work and oven work. The ideal candidate will have a great passion for baking bread as well as being efficient, hard-working and able to work well individually and as part of our great team of bakers. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a craft or artisanal environment and a complete understanding of how doughs work.

Whilst the job will be varied and interesting, it does involve a lot of hard work enthusiasm and dedication. We want you to feel proud of the your achievements and a job well done

We run a five day working week, Monday to Sunday but working only 5 days. It may be necessary to work extra shifts especially when holidays occur or exceptional work load

· 28 Days holiday - 2 weeks in the Summer & 2 weeks in the Winter
